Programs

Each program has separate visits, rewards and enrollment. Existing cards stay in the default program.

Enable up to three programs total, including the default. Turning this off pauses all additional programs and their Wallet passes. Balances are preserved; the default stays active. This switch controls access and does not charge the business.

Goal changes require every card in this program to be at zero. Edit the default program in the business settings.

Review deletion

This permanently deletes these records from Blu. Visit and reward history will be lost. Deleting a business also removes its programs, settings and staff access. There is no undo button.

Installed Apple and Google Wallet passes will remain on customers’ devices. Blu will stop updating these deleted cards and their codes will no longer be accepted. This does not remotely remove a pass from Wallet.

Deleting customer cards affects only the selected program memberships, not the person’s other cards.
